The Virginia Interfaith Center for Public Policy is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, supported by foundation gifts, faith organizations and individuals from across the Commonwealth. As an interfaith organization, we are not allied with any particular religion -- all faiths participate in our work. We focus on issues affecting the poor and working poor, and those facing bias. Our watchwords -- Learn. Pray. Act. -- mean we study the issues, educating ourselves and others; we allow our faith to show us the way forward; and we use the techniques of advocacy to let legislators know how we feel.
Our goal is a better life for all, created by ending poverty and hunger, improving health care and housing, protecting the vulnerable and being good stewards of God's creation.
Please add your voice to ours by becoming a financial supporter of our mission to create a more just and compassionate Virginia.
