Through the leadership of the Virginia Intercollegiate Immigrant Alliance (VIIA), we supported bills to codify the ability for all Virginia residents to have the same access to in-state tuition for higher education into Virginia's legal code. We were thrilled to see these bills pass in 2020! However, there is still work to do. Here undocumented students and their supporters can find information and resources.
